- Warthogs are members of the pig family known for their knobby faces and formidable tusks. They live in sub-Saharan Africa in savannah habitats, traveling in groups that are called “sounders”.
- Scientific Name: Phacochoerus africanus
- Characteristics: This tusky Warthog figure features all the traits characteristic of its species – the protruding tusks, the knobby face and cheeks, and a mane of fur on its back.
- Size and Color: This figure measures 4 inches long from nose to tail and 2 ¾ inches tall. It’s slightly larger than a credit card. This Warthog has a brown hide with cream-colored tusks, a dark brown nose, gray hooves and a sandy yellow mane of fur on its back.
